TrioNod is a discovery and connection platform for founders, investors, supporters, and potential co-founders. By using the service, you agree to use it honestly, lawfully, and with respect for other members.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate registration, role, profile, project, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
2. Platform purpose
TrioNod helps members discover profiles, projects, co-founder opportunities, introductions, and conversations. We do not guarantee funding, investment, verification approval, a successful collaboration, or a particular match.
3. Subscriptions and paid tools
Founder Pro and Co-founder Pro provide role-specific tools such as verification review, project readiness guidance, recommendations, verified-founder access, and internal profile-improvement tools. Paid access is controlled by the billing terms shown before checkout and by the active subscription state in your account.
4. Verification and badges
Verification means submitted evidence was reviewed by authorized staff. A badge is a trust signal, not an endorsement of ability, project quality, investment value, identity outside the reviewed evidence, or future performance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TrioNod for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unlawful fundraising, malicious uploads, attempts to bypass safety controls, or misleading claims. We may moderate content, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, or remove access when needed to protect members or comply with law.
6. Member content
You retain ownership of profile, project, message, application, invitation, and evidence content you submit. You give TrioNod permission to host, process, display, and review that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and moderate the service.
7. No transaction intermediary
TrioNod does not broker securities, hold funds, process investments between members, provide escrow, provide legal or financial advice, or complete due diligence for members. Members are responsible for independent checks and professional advice.
8. Availability and changes
We may update features, pricing, eligibility rules, safety controls, or these terms as the platform develops. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or successful outcomes.
