Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may have rights over the personal data TrioNod processes about you.
1. Rights you may exercise
Depending on your location and the data involved, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and a portable copy of eligible data.
2. Consent and preferences
You may withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the legal basis. You can also update profile visibility, notifications, security settings, and account details from your account where those controls are available.
3. How to submit a request
Contact TrioNod support from your registered email address and clearly describe the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request, especially where the request relates to account access, verification evidence, billing records, or safety reports.
4. Retention limits
Some information may be retained where needed for account integrity, billing records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, audit trails, dispute resolution, legal claims, or other lawful obligations. Where deletion is not possible immediately, we will limit use of the data where appropriate.
5. Safety and shared content
Messages, applications, project records, admin notes, and safety reports may involve more than one member. We review these requests carefully so that one member's data rights do not unfairly expose another member's private information or undermine legitimate safety records.
