How we handle member information.
TrioNod uses personal and platform data to run matching, project discovery, subscriptions, messaging, verification, safety review, and support. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details, role selection, profile information, project information, co-founder applications, founder invitations, investor interests, messages, notifications, verification evidence, billing records, PayPal subscription references, safety reports, block records, security settings, and technical data needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide matching, project discovery, recommendations, subscriptions, verification review, private messaging, notifications, moderation, fraud prevention, account security, support, analytics, and legal compliance.
3. Public and private visibility
Public profiles and approved public projects may be visible according to member settings and platform rules. Private messages are limited to participants, except that authorized staff may inspect the specific message or content involved in a safety report when necessary to investigate that report.
4. Verification evidence
Identity, business, and professional evidence is restricted to authorized review and operational access. Verification documents are not intended for public display. Approved badges indicate reviewed evidence, not a general endorsement.
5. Service providers
Hosting, email, media storage, monitoring, authentication, and payment providers may process data for us under their own security and privacy controls. PayPal handles payment authorization and subscription billing information for paid plans.
6. Safety, audit, and retention
We retain information needed for account integrity, safety reports, admin audit trails, billing reconciliation, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. Some records may remain after account changes where retention is necessary for those purposes.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile, visibility, email, notification preferences, password, MFA settings, and blocks from your account. You may also contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable.
8. Security
We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no internet service is risk-free. Keep your account secure and report suspicious activity promptly.
